- Assistance with Employment Tribunal Claims to minimise costs/management time
- Design/implementation of a Performance Appraisal Scheme to achieve improved performance
- Review of terms and conditions to aid staff retention and compliance with legislation
- Coaching of HR/Payroll Administrators to develop HR skills
- Mentoring or training in recruitment interviewing skills to make more effective selection decisions
- Training of Managers in skills required for more effective discipline and appraisal
